Great small town Cafe! Great service big portions. If you're passing through Heber stop here for some food. You will be happy.
The Hub Cafe is what I call a greasy spoon. I don't mean that in a bad way at all! Lots of comfort foods in large portions at an affordable price. A great place to stop if you're heading out to hit the slopes or the reservoirs!
Currently sitting here eating. It’s just me. The reason for three stars is because the server didn’t give me everything I needed to enjoy my meal. I had to keep asking for things, rather than for her to just ask me at the beginning. The food however is amazing. I got a bacon and cheese omelet.
Big portions. The scone was yum. Omelet had too much peppers and cheese, not enough egg. Fried steak was good, and the pancake.
I had the PanSan for breakfast and those pancakes were to die for! So delecious and so big they filled the plate and my stomach! Great, quick service.
Food is disgusting. Server hardly came back. And she didn't even ask if we wanted our check split or not she just dropped it off and walked away, after charging gratuity. She would have gotten a bigger tip without charging so much gratuity.
Very cool theme in the restaurant! Food was delicious and the staff was very nice! Definitely recommend this place!
The food was good and the setting is nice. Service was good, considering they were shorthanded and had to call in extra help. Overall it was a great night out for dinner with family and friends.
Usually great experience but after waiting for a good half our to 45 minutes when we were second back from the door we were told we would have to wait at least another half hour even with a bunch of already empty tables
Amazing food! Definitely worth trying.
Chicken fried chicken and hash browns was legit definitely going to eat at this place again.
A great place, wonderful staff! Might want to ask for your hash brown's to be cooked to your taste if you don't want them consistently barely browned. Love the place!
Food was great! Service was fast and excellent. Would definitely recommend.
We stopped here after a long day of fishing. It is diner type food. The portions are huge! The pancakes are as big as the plate. I ordered a Navajo taco. It was as big as the plate, it was good but too much food for me. I could only eat half of it. I also got a fried scone with cinnamon honey butter, it was yummy. They will really fill you up at the Hub!
This is the third time I've came it was all right. With the server it felt like she had better things to do. It was pretty good
This was a pleasant surprise. I had the Navajo taco and my husband had the chicken fried steak and eggs and both were delicious. The pancakes and scones are fantastic as well. The portions were large and at a great price. We got our food fast and had great service. We will definitely be coming back to this small town country diner.
Decent sized menu. Food was typical, but cooked well. Service was good and friendly. Prices reasonable.
This place is excellent and they give you a lot to eat we used to have places like this in Salt Lake long time ago but now everybody is tight with the food
Waitresses are super friendly, and it is down home cooking.
Popular spot. Linda server all business and disappeared after food delivered. Had to ask another server for coffee and hot water refills. Pancakes and Belgium waffle nothing special. Bacon ok.
We drove all the way from Orem on the advice of a friend. It was definitely worth the trip. One of the best restaurants I have been to in a long time. I can't wait to make the trip again.
Service is fine. Would have been nice if the food was warmer. The dinner roll's texture was like it was day-old and had been microwaved to warm it up. This is the third time in a row we've had a mediocre meal there...think we'll try someplace different.
Service was good. Food came out quickly. Marginal quality. Really stopped because their sign advertised fresh pies but they were sold out and only had store bought pies. Even pre-covid, I would be concerned with some of their behaviors like eating my their own dinner, rubbing eyes and running hands thru their hair, then serving us our food w/o washing their hands. Just left a lot to be desired.
This place is delicious and a great price for a lot of food. The scone is to die for! The service was fast and friendly. The food came out so quick, was hot and cooked perfectly. My family will definitely be returning.
Local diner charm, good food, good prices, excellent service.
If you are looking for a quaint, authentic country diner atmosphere, this one has it all. The service is fast, efficient and accurate and the food was AMAZING. I had the country fried steak and eggs and it was a TON of food. Pretty good value. I will definitely be back some time!!!
Food was ok, but really good. Service was great. Cost was good to.
Really freindly get your order to you fast.
The Hub is a nice little diner to stop at if you’re passing through. My wife and I had breakfast here. The portions were large for the price. The bacon was fresh, thick, and chewy. The only disappointment was the biscuits and gravy. The gravy was very bland. We added plenty of salt and it was decent. The staff was very friendly and helpful. My only regret is that we went too early to get pie.
The food will fill the void. Biscuits and Gravy taste like packet. Hashbrowns are mostly mashed. And if it is important to you. They don't sanitize the tables and condiments after customers leave.
I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich... it tasted like it was in the back of the freezer for like five years and she just nuked it for five seconds and put it on a bun it was gross even the ketchup had a funky old taste to it I wont recommend this place yuck.
Classic hometown diner with friendly staff. Great for comfort food, the scones are delicious, I love the Navajo Taco, and the biscuits and gravy for breakfast!
Good food. Good service.
Perfectly cooked crispy bacon, 2 eggs over easy and rye toast. Perfect breakfast. Staff are awesome too.
Nice American style diner at the center of town. I definitely like the breakfast more then there dinners, but both are good.
Good food, it was dirty and need's to be updated, we were sat in the back, nobody seemed to know who was supposed to be our server.
Huge portions in a laid back atmosphere.
This place has the best soup and Navaho Tacos
Great home cooking. Their omlets are bomb!
Typical small town diner. The service was good but there were only a couple other occupied tables, and quite a few servers. The menu was predictable with a lot of fried options but breakfast was available all day. The Hub is on the main drag, so easy in, easy out and easy to find. Not particularly clean feeling and sides of sour cream, tartar sauce, salsa, etc. are all served in small plastic take out cups with lids on, a bit tacky.Okay for a desperate quick bite but not a destination and we will probably forgo a future visit.
The food here is pretty good. We ate breakfast here on our way through town. Great choices for sides, 3 kinds of toast, pancake, or scone. They also have a senior's menu.
The Hub is an older style cafe, with lots of woodwork inside. It's not modern or updated recently, if that is what you are looking for BUT we love the food. Everything is amazing and the portions are a generous size. My husband's favorite it their biscuits and gravy. It's location is great, so we always stop here to eat when we are driving thru town.
They have delicious food with giant portions! I think i paid 7.99 for a side of onion rings and got 20-25 giant ones! So delicious!
Stopped in because it looked nice while driving by. Nice, clean and looked new. The food was really good. You also got a lot of food. No way to eat all of it for me. The ranch burger was really good. This is a place I would recommend in the area and I would come back.
I love this place for comfort food. Chicken fried steak is my fave. Scones are awesome!
Great service! Food was fantastic. Large portions. Highly recommend this place if you are visiting Heber.
Quaint, quiet, and the food was good. Homemade soup was the best, oh wait the scones were the best, uhhh, it's too hard to decide. Everything we had was delicious. If you're in Heber and looking for a good place to eat, go here!!!
The food was really good and hot , the waitress was nice and friendly, awesome place to eat
I was very happy with their food and service. Their prices are good too. This is a good place to get real old time American food. I had a burger and fries, the burger was very large and it came with home cooked fries. I would recommend this place to anyone passing through Heber city. P.S. try their pie, it is amazing.
Service was very good. Only gets a four because the scones were not very good. Everything else was excellent.
